What if I Missed the Scheduled Delivery Attempt?
We understand that life gets busy and being home to sign for a delivery isn’t always easy. Don’t worry—we’re here to guide you through what to do if you keep missing your delivery.
When a delivery attempt is made, the courier will leave a notice at your door or send a notification via email or text. This notice will include details about the delivery attempt and the options available to you, such as:
Scheduling a new delivery time.
Authorizing pickup at a local facility or establishment (if available in your area).
Each courier and city/town has its own procedures, so the available options may vary.
Most couriers will attempt delivery multiple times. Use the contact information or website provided on the delivery notice to:
Schedule a delivery time that works for you.
Arrange for pickup if that’s an option in your area.
If the courier’s options don’t work for you, reach out to us directly. We can contact the courier on your behalf to coordinate a delivery time that fits your schedule. Please note:
We offer up to 2 reschedule attempts before the package is sent back to us.
If the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent.
Be proactive! The sooner you contact the courier or us, the better chance we have of resolving the issue.
Couriers have strict timelines for holding packages, so don’t delay in taking action.
