Where Can We Ship?

Ah, the sweet anticipation of receiving your CannaBuzzed goodies… But wait! Can we actually ship to you? Let’s break it down and keep it light, shall we?

Legally, we can ship anywhere in the United States!

Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp products containing 3% THC or less are totally legal for sale and shipping. Lucky for you, all our products meet this requirement, so if you’re in the U.S. and your state allows it, you’re golden! If you're outside of the United States, we cannot ship to you.

Some states, which we like to call the Buzzkill States, have laws that are murkier than a jar of honey left out in the rain. To make sure we’re always playing by the rules, we’ve decided not to ship to these areas. It’s nothing personal—we’re just trying to keep things legal and drama-free!

Unfortunately, there are a few party-pooper states where we choose not to ship our products. As of today, these states have stricter laws that make it harder for us to share the CannaBuzzed love:

• Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
  

If you’re in one of these states, we’re genuinely sorry. Their laws are just too much of a gray area to take that chance!
