When Will My Package Arrive?

It depends! (Classic, right?) But seriously, it depends on your location relative to our base in Charlotte, NC. Generally speaking, your package will be buzzing its way to your front door within 3-5 business days — fast and discreet, like a ninja bee on a mission.

What's the Process?

We aim to have all orders placed by 5 PM in the courier's hands by noon the next business day. For example:

You place an order at 3:30 PM on Monday.
By noon on Tuesday, it’s in the courier’s hands, ready to zoom its way to you!

After that, the package is out of our control, so please don’t yell at me if it gets delayed.

We will keep you informed every step of the way via email updates and a personal tracking page, so you’ll always know the delivery time and estimates for your package.

Fast Facts

Orders placed after 5 PM? They’ll start the process the next business day.
Weekends? Sorry, even bees need a break. We’ll pick up again Monday morning.
